Clean Room according to the highest standards
Following major extensions and conversions, we have restarted the operation of our clean room environment. It includes the latest technologies and production processes so that we are able to manufacture the M-TeCK stencil technology in the highest quality.

The clean room fulfils the highest standards in terms of cleanness and has been specified according to ISO 14644-1 with category 5 and 4. The advanced, flexible filter and ventilation system produces a laminar air flow.
As a result, the entire clean room complies with particle class 1.000 (the old standard) and even particle class 100 in specific work areas. Here, we produce photo plots and glass masks in a resolution of up to 64.000 dpi. The new, innovative measuring equipment guarantees the quality our products. Many of the used machines, equipment and materials are special developments.
