KOENEN Cleaning units
The screen is slid laterally into the washing
basket or placed in it from the top. The cleaning cycle can be controlled
via a 3-way cock. In the first position the entire area of the screen
is cleaned by means of full conical nozzles from both sides. In the
second position the screen can be finish-rinsed via a filter unit.
The screen cleaning machine has a compressed-air
drying facility. Through optimally arranged slit nozzles the liquid is
blown off the entire screen surface on both sides. The pressure so generated
is discharged via the waste-air connector.
The cleaning process is completed even after
2-5 minutes.
Changing cleaning media
By way of the sloping floor of the washing chamber the cleaning agent runs into a settling compartment where paste residue is collected. Overflowing agent enters the solvent chambers. The cleaning medium can be easily filled into the solvent chamber via a flap. The plant can be drained via a drain connector provided at the lowest point of the floor.Other applications
