DIN EN ISO 9001:2000
KOENEN has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:1994 since May 2000.
Inspired
by continuous improvement to our QA system
for increased customer satisfaction, we were motivated to go for DIN
EN ISO 9001:2000 certification in May 2003.
Through regular internal
audits we are able to ensure that monitoring
of the manufacturing process is fully documented, which in turn assures
consistent quality. All inspection documents utilized are collated
and thus we uphold the general guidelines in respect of traceability
and transparency.
All individual steps in the production
process are subject to continuous documentation quality control procedures
- from the instant the order comes in, through to despatch of the finished
product.
In April 2006 we were successful in passing the monitoring audit done by the certifying authority TÜV Management
Service GmbH.
